This declaration on accessibility applies to the www.montanbuero.de published website of the Montanbüro GmbH.

As a company, we endeavor to make our website accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSGV) implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services).

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are set out in the Ordinance to the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSGV).

The specific accessibility requirements have been implemented in accordance with Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 para. § Section 3 (1) BFSG in the Ordinance to the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSGV).

Conformity status

Private and purely business (B2B) offers are not subject to the Accessibility Reinforcement Act.

There are further exceptions in the BFSG for micro-enterprises within the meaning of Section 2 No. 17 BFSG that offer services regulated by the BFSG (including services in electronic commerce such as online stores) (Section 3 para. 3 sentence 1 BFSG). Microenterprises are defined as companies with fewer than ten employees and a maximum annual turnover of EUR 2 million or an annual balance sheet total of EUR 2 million.

According to the current regulations, we are not obliged to make our website completely barrier-free. However, we endeavor to make all essential content on our website accessible.
